Please let me know a place that’s good at revision rhinoplasty without implants... I need to have the silicone removed too, and I don’t like the shape either. I guess it really isn’t easy to succeed with the first surgery

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
