Before rhinoplasty, I decided to get nose surgery to improve the look of my hump nose and long nose. When I smiled, my nose would spread and flare, and the nostrils? would get bigger, like an arrow-shaped nose.. The inside of my nose itself is quite sensitive, so I wanted improvement focused more on the nasal tip than the bridge~ For the surgical method, because the bridge was already high due to the hump, we decided not to touch the bridge and to raise only the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, without an implant! During the consultation, I was told that if the nasal tip was raised, the flaring nostrils, nostril openings, and bulbous nose would be pulled in, improving the overall front view. Now, just as Director Kim Hyun-joo said, it has improved overall, and even at this point I don’t have any particular discomfort. People I meet after a long time don’t really notice unless I tell them I had surgery~
