Liposuction is when the real work starts after surgery,,, a battle with aftercare..... I went to a manual care shop

Day 8 (1st visit) before stitch removal Day 16 (2nd visit) right after stitch removal About 21 months ago, I had abdominal 360 liposuction with 1200 cc extracted, and this time because of large-volume breast fat grafting / very small-volume hip fat grafting, they harvested from my abdomen and thighs (I estimate about 900 cc of pure fat only.. Ugh, the clinic didn’t tell me properly, so I’m stressed Liposuction aftercare is so intense that I wanted them to remove as conservatively as possible) Even during my last abdominal liposuction, I was worried about swelling and adhesions, and somehow it felt like the line wasn’t fully defined so I went around to various manual care shops...... This time with the harvesting too, I was so worried and kept stressing over my abdomen, so I looked for an aftercare shop and went. First of all, for the 1st session, I liked that they personally consulted and guided me on the consultation care program, how today’s care would be done, and assessed my current condition. The 1st session was plate radiofrequency / the 2nd session was radiofrequency + suction, and it feels so good because I seem to see the effect pretty quickly!!!!! There was no excessive pressure to pay either!!!!! Especially, it feels like the digestive organs are loosening up too, so maybe because circulation is improving, my appetite is opening up even more, which I really feel, but I’m holding back hard.... (Still, it feels like a sign of getting healthier, so I like it;;) When I look the next day, I can definitely feel the line!!!! getting more refined..... My ideal look is a bit curvy with an uppercase S shape, so in photos it spreads out, and it might not look super!!! dramatic, but the photos were really taken 200% casually with no editing, and don’t you feel the change..? Seriously, getting manual massage versus not getting it makes such a huge difference... the size changes...!!!!!!!! The truth clinics don’t tell you.... Ha... You absolutely, absolutely, absolutely have to get aftercare for the areas where you had liposuction!!! I got it done at ㄱㄹ Bodymi in Gyodae,,,,, at the end they give you swelling tea + probiotics, so it even puts me in a good mood hehe^^ The price is reasonable too, so I recommend it,,,,, Next time I’m going to add on and loosen up my thighs too!!
