I had diced ear cartilage placed in the glabella area and on top of the nasal bridge, and had cartilage binding at the nasal tip, but compared with before surgery, my nasal bridge has become thicker and my nose has gotten bigger. So I’m thinking of waiting until 6 months have passed and then having it removed. So far, I’ve only had consultations at ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ and ㅍㄹㅁ, and since I’m going to go around for consultations again at each place when it’s close to the full 6 months anyway, the consultations I’ve had now aren’t particularly important. If I do removal, I’m drawn to ㅅㅇ. I’ll probably consult at ㅅㅇ, ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ, ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅊㅁ, and ㅅㅅㅇ, then choose a clinic. Does anyone know a clinic that has done a relatively large number of diced cartilage removals? I’d like their removal technique to be good too. Since mine is diced cartilage, I’ll probably have severe adhesions, so they’ll have to scrape a lot out. I’d also like them to appropriately remove scar tissue or capsule around it, and to achieve good hemostasis during surgery so hematomas don’t easily form. If there’s a clinic with good surgical hand skills that removes well, please recommend one.
