I’m deciding between these three places, so if anyone has had surgery at any of them or heard anything bad, please tell meㅠㅠ
First, my nose is (photo attached) -A hump nose (slight) -A nose with some height between the brows -A nose with a recessed columella -A long nose -Deviated septum -Bulbous nose
1. ㅋㅂㅈ Because I don’t exactly have a low radix/glabella area, they recommended no implant They said I have septal deviation, so I should do functional rhinoplasty together Surgical method: nasal tip (septal cartilage + ear cartilage), and for the glabella area, matched to the hump height (postauricular periosteum + cartilage)
Pros: 1.4 million won covered by indemnity insurance, safe, can operate without an implant while matching the hump height, 3-year AS period Cons: The material and surgical method used for the glabella area are unfamiliar. They say it barely absorbs, but there is a risk of absorption. I’m worried I may not be satisfied with the shape because they’re too natural-oriented
2. ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ (ㄱㅈㅇ) Recommended 3 mm silicone. They said they liked my neat/elegant image and recommended a harmonious nose rather than one that is too flashy Surgical method: septal cartilage + ear cartilage + 3 mm silicone
Pros: I liked the before-and-after photos they showed me, and I got the feeling they would make a nose that suits my image Cons: Use of silicone
3. ㅈㅅ Recommended no implant for the future Surgical method: septal cartilage + ear cartilage Pros: I think they would lower the columella the best, safe Cons: The price is the most expensive
Price: ㅈㅅ > ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ > ㅋㅂㅈ (indemnity insurance) Expectation for shape: ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ > ㅋㅂㅈ > ㅈㅅ Safety: ㅋㅂㅈ > ㅈㅅ > ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ
Every hospital said a flashy nose wouldn’t suit my face
Haㅠㅠ I want to get surgery within this year, but I’m worried because my nose is on the long side, so if I put in silicone it might look even longer, and because of side effects.. But then again, to be satisfied with the shape, I feel like I’ll need to put in silicone..ㅠㅠ They said my septum is deviated, but I’ve never had any trouble breathing until now, so do I really have to do functional rhinoplasty..? Please, look at my nose shape and think about it with meㅠㅠ
