I had it done at a famous single-doctor clinic, and I got silicone, ear cartilage, autologous costal cartilage, plus osteotomy. My original nose was a low bulbous nose with a slight hump, but now, by my standards, it has changed into a flashy straight-with-slight-curve to straight-looking nose. There is still swelling now, so my nose is chubby, but I like the side profile and the shape of the columella. Since this was really my first rhinoplasty, I did a lot of research online and made the decision with difficulty. I’m relieved that I’m as satisfied as I was worried.
