After rhinoplasty, I didn’t have much septal cartilage left, and since it was used up, I think I developed a deviated septum. When I lie on my left side, my left nostril often gets blocked. When I use a cotton swab to straighten the septum inside my nose that’s curved in a C shape, the nostril asymmetry and the crooked silicone implant on the nasal bridge seem to improve too. But the plastic surgery clinic said this needs to be treated with surgery at an ENT clinic. Could anyone recommend an ENT clinic for deviated septum surgery?!?! If I don’t correct this first and go straight into revision rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic, I feel like the crookedness won’t be fixed
