My breast size before surgery was so small that it was embarrassing to even call it an A cup.. I was completely flat-chested, so I wondered, “Will breast surgery really turn out the way I want?” But thankfully, the director at MD explained the size measurements, implant recommendations, surgical method, and so on really well, so I trusted them and had the surgery lol I live in the U.S., so I came to Korea the day before surgery and stayed at a hotel until the day my bandages were removed. On the first day of surgery, I arrived at the hospital early in the morning, waited briefly, and then went into the operating room. It was sedation anesthesia, so I didn’t feel too much mental pressure, but I couldn’t help feeling nervous anyway.. lol The anesthesiologist came in and asked me various questions, and while I was answering, I drifted off to sleep just like that, and when I came to.. there was an upper band and bandages on my chest.. lolol The hospital said it was better to keep the upper band on until my breasts stabilized, so although it was uncomfortable, I just endured it. Still, since it wasn’t general anesthesia, after waking up from the anesthesia I didn’t feel nauseous or like my body was full of gas or anything like that. I just walked back to the hotel.. lol And maybe because the bandages were pressing down a bit, but at that time I honestly didn’t really feel like, “Wow, they got bigger!!” Then later I went to the hospital, had the bandages removed, got disinfected, and looked, and my breasts went pop lolol It was a volume I had never seen on myself before, so it felt kind of fascinating lolol The taping along the inframammary fold was so visible from any angle that I got a little worried, but the director said it was because it hadn’t been long since the breast surgery yet and they were still sitting slightly high; as time passes, the breasts will come down a little and naturally form a UU line, and then it won’t be visible. So I’m going to keep watching this part. And they said to just leave the tape attached to the inframammary fold until it falls off naturally, but I think it would be better to keep it on as long as possible, so I’m trying to be careful when washing or moving around. Oh, and I’ve seen posts saying Preservé is definitely comfortable!! But even if you have surgery with Preservé, there are still uncomfortable things.. At the beginning, you have to wear the upper band, the bandages are a bit uncomfortable, and I keep worrying about the incision area too Still, if I had to name the advantages, the burden of anesthesia is a bit lower, and for someone like me who couldn’t rest for a long time (I couldn’t stay in Korea endlessly) and had to travel, I thought it was a surgical method that makes it possible to return to daily life quickly, so that’s why I chose Preservé. So during consultations, I think it’s best to go to a hospital that can perform surgery through various methods, listen to all the pros and cons, and then have surgery with the method that suits each person. That way, I think you can have surgery without it greatly affecting your daily life!
