Improving facial sagging in my 50s (Pinch Lifting Plus-Up surgery)

After turning 50, at some point I started to notice sagging in the front cheek area and vertical lines on my neck. You really can’t hide age, and as time went on they became more noticeable and unpleasant to look at. I hadn’t had much resistance to getting older, but the sagging cheeks and vertical neck wrinkles really, really made me feel depressed. I urgently searched YouTube and blogs about facelifts and looked into them. A full facelift would have been good, but the recovery time takes over a month and the cost was too burdensome. In my case, a mini facelift would have had minimal effect, so I was really torn. Then I found out about Pinch Lifting Plus-Up, which is exactly the middle step between the two. It seemed like it would be good to do it right at this stage. I heard that later, after 10 years when I’m in my 60s, I can still have a full facelift again, so for me it was the best choice. It was tiring going back and forth from outside Seoul, but wearing a hat, mask, and scarf, taking the bus and subway was manageable.^^ After having the stitches removed 9 days after surgery, I was able to go around with light makeup, so people didn’t notice at all. They just asked if I had lost weight. The sagging cheek fat and vertical neck wrinkles improved without looking excessive. I’m satisfied at this point.^^
