One-month review after double eyelid surgery + canthoplasty, finally got the eyes I’ve wanted for life (lots of photos, beware!!!

I think it’s been about a month since my double eyelid surgery, so I wanted to write a simple review!! 📍I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery + a natural epicanthoplasty/upper inner-corner widening at a clinic First of all, I’m so satisfied with the surgery! The exact line I had imagined during my consultation with the director is coming out, so I’m really touched,, I think almost all the swelling is gone now too!! And I didn’t even get ptosis correction, but it’s so amazing that I can open my eyes without using my forehead The forehead fatigue is gone too, and most of all my eyes have become the round, big eyes I always wanted, so doing makeup is so fun🥹✌️At the beginning of week 2, I was worried the line would get too low, so I even wrote a post, but actually it only came down a tiiiny bit from then and I think it became exactly the line and height I wanted! From week 2 onward, the line didn’t drop as much as I thought it would! Around week 3, I went to my graduation ceremony, and since I didn’t tell the kids I had double eyelid surgery, everyone just thought I had come wearing double eyelid tape like usual I had only told one close friend before surgery that I was going to do it, and she said it turned out really well and looked natural! It definitely wasn’t noticeable once I wore makeup!! My boyfriend also met me for the first time after the double eyelid surgery then, and he said it turned out really well and looked natural!!!! It felt like the double eyelid tape line I used to make, but clearer!! I do wonder if the line will come down a little more from here, but if it comes down just a bit more, I think it’ll really look like my own eyes!! Like naturally big eyes from birth?!! (I hope so…🥹❤️ Oh, for the epicanthoplasty, there was some redness until the beginning of week 2 because of the nature of the surgery, but by the end of week 2 to around week 3, the redness decreased and it became hard to notice unless you look closely! They say scar tissue is usually the worst around 1-2 months, right? But honestly I don’t really notice it,, Maybe because I’ve been living without paying attention to it I even met my boyfriend with no makeup, and he said he didn’t really think it looked scarred???!! (Such a relief) Honestly, when doing epicanthoplasty, I was most worried about scarring, but the director had said I’d only be opening it a very small amount, so I didn’t need to worry about scars!! I’m going in next week for a follow-up, and they said if it seems severe at the clinic then they’ll give me a scar injection,, Looking at the current state, I don’t think I really need one,, Injections are scary too^^… But well, if the clinic tells me to get it, I should get it!!!!! Anyway, to give only the conclusion, I’m so satisfied with the double eyelid surgery and I regretted not doing it sooner Still, I’m so happy that I can enjoy college life with my new prettier eyes!!!!!
