There was no separate consultation manager; the doctor handled it, but the wait was very long. The doctor was unfriendly, but seemed very confident in his surgical skills. The clinic was small, and I thought, they do surgery in an operating room like this? All the female staff were kind. Before surgery, they asked if I was nervous, and if I said I was, they gave me some kind of pill? During the surgery I didn’t feel anything, but the local anesthesia was very painful. The surgical result just felt neither here nor there. My friends around me also said it turned out okay. I had it done with an incision, but even now, years later, I still have an indented scar, so I’m going to get revision surgery at another hospital.
