Before <Monday before getting it done> Before <same Monday, taken right after getting it done> Before <day 2, Tuesday> Before <day 5, Friday> Before <day 6, Saturday> Before <day 7, Sunday> Before <today, day 16> Since I got it done on May 1 and wrote a post here right away, today is day 16 hehe The doctor said while doing it that my neck would get slimmer too, but I didn’t believe it, you know? But my neck really does get slimmer.. So I came to brag.. They said it would be slimmest after a month, and I’m so excited for 2 weeks from now.. The horizontal lines filled in well, and the tiny whitish marks that were barely visible lasted until about day 14, but those were only visible to me when I looked closely in the mirror, not to other people.
It took 10 days for even the yellowish bruise to go away, and until last year, whenever I got neck filler, the bruising would disappear completely in a week.. Maybe now that I’m getting older, my recovery is slowing down too...
And everyone keeps asking, but it really doesn’t hurt. If you apply numbing cream for 20 minutes, it doesn’t hurt. Getting filler on the face and getting it on the neck are totally different. It goes in very close, so you don’t even feel it. If anything, neck Botox stung more, if it stung at all, but the pain of neck Botox is about 1/7 of facial Botox. But neck filler hurts less than Botox!!! Everyone is more of a scaredy-cat than me lolololololol
I only took photos up to one week, and since it was healing well, I left it alone, then today, day 16, I took another close look. More than anything else, I think my neck has gotten a bit slimmer.... Well, of course the horizontal lines filled in well too.. Ah, I work this afternoon, but I’m already so annoyed with work from home this morning. I should wash up and head out now... They say it’ll be 30 degrees today... Everyone, make sure to apply sunscreen well....
