For my first surgery, septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, and 4 mm silicone was used for the nasal bridge The silicone has started showing through, so for revision surgery, should I remove all the silicone and go implant-free? Since my skin itself is thin, I’m worried it might show through again I’m looking into clinics thinking there absolutely won’t be a third surgery, and I’m planning to book consultations at a few places For everyone here who had visible silicone, how was it when you had an implant-free revision?
