As for the doctor, like other people’s reviews said, he was not extremely friendly, but he answered the things I asked carefully and kept asking whether I had any more questions. When you go for a consultation, he shows photos of cases that are the same as or similar to yours, but unlike reviews saying he shows many, maybe there were not many cases similar to mine, so he only showed 1–2. The clinic was small, cozy, and on the quiet side. Maybe because of that, I did not have to wait long and could go in right away or within 10 minutes. The staff at the front desk were kind, and in the case of the consultation manager, I could not meet them then due to circumstances and only had a phone consultation, but they were kind over the phone. I had seen quite a few reviews here saying both the doctor and manager were unfriendly or, to put it extremely, not good, but I do not think they were unfriendly; I think they were more straightforward and dry?
