Before going in for the consultation, I was a bit nervous, but once I actually got there, the atmosphere was comfortable, so I felt less burdened. The director looked at my face and honestly told me which areas would suit me and what might be too much, so I felt I could trust them. I liked that it didn’t feel like they were blindly pushing surgery, but instead listened carefully to my concerns and explained things so I could make my own choice. I asked about all sorts of things I was curious about, but they explained everything in detail without seeming bothered, which put me at ease. The staff were generally kind and responded gently, so even though it was my first visit, I was able to have a comfortable consultation and leave. However, the facilities do feel a bit old.
