I have a friend who had revision eye surgery with Director Yang Jong-pil at TS, and another friend who had revision nose surgery there, so I was planning to do revision eyes + revision nose together. He was exactly the director I needed right now, so I had a consultation. The director really gave a very detailed consultation. He explained exactly why my line had come undone, and he also clearly explained why my bulbous nose had not been improved, which I liked. In particular, he explained the surgical method very clearly. Since my eyelids are on the thicker side, he recommended revision eye surgery by incision rather than natural adhesion. And he said the reason my nose looks bulbous is because my alar base is wide, so with alar reduction he can reduce the nasal tip, and by doing revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage, he can raise the bridge line and help me get out of the bulbous-nose look. He explained the revision surgery method with clear reasons, so I had a really, really good consultation!
