I had not decided on nasal materials in advance either, but he seemed like someone who handles autologous costal cartilage well, so I decided to use autologous costal cartilage. I had a strong aversion to foreign materials such as silicone or donated costal cartilage, so I absolutely wanted to do it without an implant, and the director first said it seemed like I would not need silicone, so I liked him even more The fact that they only do 2 surgeries a day was what I liked most, so I came out almost having decided to get surgery at this clinic!
