I went in because of hollow cheeks and glabellar wrinkles, and the manager said my cheeks were quite sunken, so they recommended 3 cc and also Botox for the glabella and forehead, which made me feel good about proceeding with the procedure. For my first treatment, the head doctor performed it personally and said that because the cheek hollows were severe, one side was a little lacking. But they just finished without even asking whether they should add more.(That part annoyed me a bit) Still, one cheek was a little fuller, so I went back after scheduling the next treatment, but someone else did the procedure and made my cheeks uneven, and under my eyes were bruised blue and swollen, so it was hard to check properly and I just went home first. Once the swelling went down, the cheeks became uneven, so I visited again. Then the head doctor said sorry and that they would dissolve it and redo it. But I had already paid the extra 1 cc fee again, and since I had used up annual leave too, I said it felt unfair, so they suggested getting some filler in the chin as well. I paid another extra fee and got that done too. Because they didn’t add the extra cheek filler in the first treatment, I had to visit two more times.
