My mom kept saying her eyes were getting more uncomfortable as she got older I told her I’d pay for double eyelid surgery, but she said she absolutely hated the idea, so I looked into a sub-brow lift? and got that done for her We went around to hospitals together for consultations, and ruled out places that suggested unnecessary procedures, and places where the consultation was rude or rushed, then decided and had it done at a clinic My mom is so firm in what she wants that the director also did it the way she wanted She did already have double eyelids originally, but her eyes were hooded, so they said that even just a sub-brow lift would probably make the double eyelids show a little So I went with her through the surgery and everything, and after getting it done, she seems to find it easier to open her eyes and seems happy For the incision area, if the scar was slightly visible, we had even considered semi-permanent makeup, but it’s barely visible, so we decided to just leave it alone haha
