Review of Posterior Canthoplasty + Under-Eye Fat Repositioning

I brought a review of my posterior canthoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning surgery. In my case, the top priority was absolutely for it to look natural. The second priority was to reduce the empty space on my face. Making my eyes bigger came after that. While searching online and visiting clinics, I chose Barabon and decided on 3-way posterior canthoplasty, and they also recommended under-eye fat repositioning~ I hadn’t originally been thinking about it, so when they recommended it, I felt a bit resistant, but it was something I would have to do eventually anyway, so I decided to do it together while I was at it. I didn’t want to have my eyes worked on 2 or 3 times. Fortunately, there was enough space around the outer orbital bone, so they said they could widen it a lot.. At that moment, I worried whether it would look obvious if they widened it too much. But they said it’s fixed to the outer orbital bone, so I couldn’t choose whether to widen it a little or a lot~ Since the outer orbital bone can’t move and it has to be tied there. That made sense. For 1 month after surgery, I had swelling in my eyes. I managed it by diligently doing ice packs and putting in lots of eye drops. The under-eye area was the firmest 1 month after surgery, but I guess there’s no helping the dark circles coming back. Still, the bulging hasn’t come back. The outer corners didn’t become D-shaped, the empty space behind my eyes has decreased, and overall I’m satisfied.. My eye asymmetry was severe, but they corrected it somewhat during the surgery. Now that 3 months have passed, my eyes swell when I work overtime, but I’m hoping this gets better with time. It’s embarrassing, but I uploaded photos of my completely bare face with no makeup. Hope it helps~
