Honestly, since she’s my mom and I saw her every day, before surgery I didn’t really realize the sagging was that severe. But now that she’s had surgery and it’s settling in, it definitely feels like the way she looked when she was younger is coming back lol Before surgery, her eye hollows were deep, and as the skin under her eyes sagged, a lot of wrinkles showed too. It bothered me to see her sigh every time she looked in the mirror... So this time we made up our minds and I got the surgery done for her!! She had surgery with a doctor recommended by one of her acquaintances. During the consultation, my mom said she wanted to keep her original eye shape as it was, so instead of upper blepharoplasty, she went with a brow lift~ It was honestly amazing how her eyes lifted upward so clearly lol At first she said there was tightness and discomfort, but after about a week she said it got better, so I felt relieved.. haha She also had lower blepharoplasty together, so there’s only a little swelling left under her eyes, and overall it looks really natural! My dad and younger sibling also said her impression looks much brighter and that it barely looks like she had surgery, so then my dad said he wants to do it too? lololol These days my mom’s expression is really bright, so even I feel proud seeing her haha
