Male Facial Contouring Surgery Review, 2 Months Post-Op

I had the three-part facial contouring surgery for men (zygoma reduction + square jaw reduction + chin tip surgery) at a clinic, and before I knew it, I’m leaving my 2-month post-op review. The major swelling has mostly gone down now, and I feel like both sides of my face are gradually settling into a more symmetrical shape. The swelling hasn’t completely gone away yet, so I’m actually looking forward to it becoming even more refined. Before surgery, I had a slightly recessed-chin look and my overall face shape was round, which stressed me out. Now my facial line has become much slimmer, so personally I’m quite satisfied. People around me also often tell me my face has gotten smaller, so that makes me feel even more proud for no reason. Right now, I can open my mouth about three fingers wide, and I’m still avoiding hard or tough foods. Other than that, I’m eating most things without much difficulty. If I open my mouth too wide, my jaw area feels a bit stiff and uncomfortable, but I think it’s part of the recovery process, so it doesn’t bother me much. Overall, I can do almost all daily activities, and I have almost no pain. My face shape is also settling in naturally, so I’m looking forward to seeing how much better it will look once the remaining swelling goes down. I’m grateful to the director who created such a clean facial shape for me, and I hope this helps even a little for those considering facial contouring.
