Correcting a Step-Off After Implant-Free Rhinoplasty

I had surgery to correct a step-off that developed after implant-free rhinoplasty. They made an incision inside the nose and inserted sliced ear cartilage, and in the end, the step-off was corrected naturally and well. Since only a small incision was made on the inside, I was able to remove the splint on day 4 and return to daily life right away. What I was most worried about was absorption of the ear cartilage, but I don’t feel like it has been absorbed, and the shape is maintaining well! I’m very satisfied.
