I had concerns about having a low nasal bridge and wide alae nasi, so it is now one month after surgery! Before surgery I heard that the nose keeps changing in shape every day until it fully settles, and that even if it feels right at first, it might not feel that way later, so I was very worried. But the initial shape was almost kept just as it was, and I really love how it looks at the one-month mark too. Except for the tip where the autologous costal cartilage was inserted, I hardly feel any foreign-body sensation anymore, and before, even a light touch would hurt, but now even if something touches it lightly, it’s fine. It feels strangely natural, like I am gradually becoming one with it I also feel like I can strike photo poses with more confidence than before. Thanks to the surgeon for making it so well, my life feels more fulfilled.
