Ever since middle and high school, I vaguely thought, “My breasts are big enough that I should get breast surgery someday~” Then after saving about 10 million won from part-time jobs, I decided to just go for breast augmentation quickly at the relatively young age of 23 now (21 in international age), and I did it! Also, if I get married and give birth anyway, my already-small breasts would probably look even more unimpressive.. I figured I’d probably end up getting breast surgery then, so wouldn’t it be better to do it in advance while I’m young and enjoy it? haha
Did I visit about 3 places for consultations? I wanted to save money + because of the feel, I definitely wanted Mentor Smooth.. (And just in case I paid an expensive 10 million won and it looked unnatural or I got capsular contracture, I’d need revision surgery, and then the money would feel like such a waste! Since I thought breast augmentation would need one revision someday anyway, I wanted to start cheaper haha) I also went to consultations at clinics that advertise breast augmentation event prices on Instagram, and at the 3rd consultation? I put down a deposit at View! The consultant was really nice, and Director J.J.H. explained everything so well and treated me very humanely, trying to make me feel as little embarrassed as possible? I felt that side of him was caring
The cost was in the 4 million won range on the condition that I leave reviews on G.N.E.N. and B.B.T. (I’m writing this in this community purely of my own will, because I wanted to leave it! haha When I was thinking about breast augmentation, the reviews everyone here wrote helped me so much, so I’m writing this to give back to other people who are 고민ing tooㅜㅜ)
These are my before/after surgery photos haha I’m 164 cm and 52 kg, rib cage 69, breast base about 11.3-5! I got Mentor Smooth high profile 300, 275 (L.R)
My desired look was definitely natural, absolutely! not bulky when wearing clothes, and natural!! But I wanted it to be to the point where, when I wear fitted clothes or take clothes off, it’s like, “Oh, there is some volume?” So the director recommended 325, 355 at the first consultation, but I intentionally reduced the size! And the director said my inframammary fold distance was too short, so an inframammary incision would definitely make the shape prettier and more natural, but my belief was that breast surgery is done to make the breasts look pretty, and I felt I would really, really hate having a scar on my breasts, so I chose the transaxillary incision and reduced the size! haha From the start, I pursued a natural look!
As a result, it was such a good choice.. Even on day 1, it already feels so natural, with just the right amount of volume, and because there are no scars at all on my breasts, they look so, so pretty..
For everyone who’s 고민ing too, if the director’s opinion and your own thoughts are different, I recommend just pushing ahead with your own thoughts!! That way I think you won’t have regretsㅜ
+ This is a tip only I really know.. The method that helped me the most when deciding implant size was searching on TikTok in English for the implant name + cc (ex. mentor 275cc) to see which implant and how many cc best matched the shape I wanted!! I highly recommend this method✨✨🪽
Foreign ladies (UK, US, especially Thailand haha) have uploaded so many videos, you know?? I used those as reference to decide the size! For a body like mine, I thought going over 300 would look slightly unnatural, so I went in thinking 275, but at the final consultation, because of breast asymmetry, we decided on 275 and 300! Also, I don’t have much pain and it’s totally bearable! haha It’s day 1, and aside from not being able to raise my arms too high because of the nature of the transaxillary incision, I’m okay! haha Maybe it’s because I took the painkillers the clinic gave me in advance before it started hurting!!
And there are ladies who get drains after a transaxillary incision, but I didn’t get drains! What’s the criterion for needing them? + Since before surgery, I was megadosing vitamin C at 2,000-3,000 mg, so I think it may have helped with hemostasis. Everyone, take lots of vitamin C in advance! haha
