Originally, even though I’ve had quite a few things changed on my face, I hate ending up looking overly plastic, so even if I do one procedure, I think about it a lot and choose somewhere natural.. So one of the surgeries I avoided was fat grafting, because even if it’s just slightly overdone, it can become that overly plastic surgery style... But ridiculously enough, because I wanted to lose facial fat, I tried everything: InMode, Ultherapy, Oligio, facial fat-dissolving injections. After passing my mid-20s, I actually had too little facial fat, so my nasolabial folds stood out a lot, and even though I had nose surgery, my face looked too flat. My protruding mouth also looked more severe... So I searched for a fat grafting clinic that was truly as natural and skilled as possible, without thinking about the cost. Compared with regular fat grafting, when I looked into stem cell fat grafting, they said that even if you inject a small amount, the survival rate is high, and collagen accumulates over time, so it’s supposed to be good? I’m on the thin side, so I was worried about survival, and I was planning to put in a small amount naturally, so I thought this would probably be better. I looked into stem cell clinics, and among them, I heard Cellian was expensive but a place only people in the know go to because they’re really skilled, so I booked a consultation and went. The clinic was really luxurious,, it looked expensive at first glance... But the manager and the person at the information desk were so kind, and especially the manager was really pretty and looked at my consultation sincerely, as if it were her own surgery.. My areas of concern were my forehead, anterior cheeks, and nasolabial folds. The manager said they’re the kind of place that won’t put in an excessive amount even if you ask for a lot, so I shouldn’t worry about the fat moving or becoming bulgy. She said from her view, it would be good to do all three areas, and the director also recommended all three. The director was kind of very calm and gentle, I guess.. They said they usually harvest from the belly button so it won’t show, but I have an appendectomy scar, you know? When they saw it, they said they’d harvest above here so it would be even less noticeable, and I thought, wow, that’s so thoughtful. I liked the consultation overall, and I’m the type who thinks that once something clicks, it’s right to just do it without looking around too much, so I decided to do all three areas, paid the deposit, set the date, and left. On the surgery day, I’m not the type to be scared of surgery at all, so I just went and had the surgery as guided. When you go there for surgery, they give you a private room, and I was surprised because it really rivaled a 5-star hotel room. There was Evian, nuts, and juice in the fridge, and I took everything when I went home For reference, the photos are before surgery, and the photo with bruising on the forehead is week 1; the rest are week 2 photos. (basic camera, no Photoshop) They made it really natural, so even at week 2, there’s none of that overfilled, awkward feeling I hate. The anterior cheeks, nasolabial folds, and especially the forehead are filled so beautifully, so I’m completely satisfied... I only had bruising around the forehead, and my abdomen wasn’t painful, more like stiff? I don’t think there will be a scar either, maybe they cut 0.5 cm? If you look at the photo, the circled spot is where they made the incision. It doesn’t seem like it’ll leave a scar later, right..? My appendectomy scar will probably be much darker. I’m really satisfied with everything from the abdominal incision to the facial fat grafting. The service is also so good, as luxurious as the clinic is. Even when I went to have the stitches removed, they did it in a private treatment room... I really paid for this myself, and since it’s not a well-known place despite being expensive, I wrote this because I wanted to recommend it. If you really pursue a natural look and value a private, skilled place without worrying about cost, I definitely recommend looking into it
