ㅍㄹㅁㅇ I was going to have a consultation with Director Choi, the head doctor, but they said his surgery was running long and I’d have to wait 2 hours, so I consulted with Director Kang instead. He seemed to have his own particular aesthetic. When he tried stretching my nose with a cotton swab, he lifted the nose upward so much that it looked like an upturned nose, and said that was how the surgery had to be done. I thought, ah, this really isn’t a match for me. I didn’t want it to look like an upturned nose, and I also wanted to lengthen the columella, but maybe he wasn’t confident about the columella because he changed the subject.
ㅇㅇㅂ The consultant said 70% of the patients ask for Director Lee. He seems busy these days, and there was a tendency to try to end the consultation early. (The pre-surgery consultation was also extremely short.) It felt like there wasn’t much care given. I wanted to ask a lot of different things, but because he acted like he was about to leave, I couldn’t ask. It seems like he makes the nasal tip come out naturally well. But he tends to build up the glabella area strongly.
