As you can see, my face is long vertically. My facial proportions are about upper face 1, midface 1, lower face 1.2. I have a long philtrum, so if I get chin tip and square jaw surgery, would it look a bit awkward because of my mouth shape and position?? I’m also wondering whether I should get my cheekbones done too
