Breast Surgery Reviews

It’s been 10 months since I gave up on implants and got fat grafting

As you can tell from the pre-op photos, more than half of my bra cups were empty, so they were gaping... It’s not like I had no breasts at all, but when I wore clothes, there was no shape, and that was the most stressful part. I was too scared to get implants after reading posts about foreign-body sensation and side effects, and I also felt like my own skin quality/body fat was too valuable to waste, so I naturally turned to breast fat grafting. I went to a clinic that emphasized stem cells (graft survival rate), and it was 301 in Apgujeong. I’m now 10 months post-op, and I remember being surprised in the beginning because my thighs, where they did the liposuction, hurt more than my breasts lol My breasts didn’t hurt much, but my thighs felt like someone was pulling them really tight? Still, after about 4 days? I could walk around okay. A lot of people say fat grafting all disappears, so I was half-doubtful, but after a month, once the swelling went down a bit and the size settled, it has stayed almost the same up to now, 10 months later. My bra, which used to be totally empty, is now filled out, so honestly, wearing clothes feels so much better... It doesn’t look like an upside-down bowl the way implants can, and I’m satisfied because I’ve naturally gotten a bit of an S-line. The clinic is pretty strict about graft survival management, so even though it was annoying, I did everything they told me to, ate enough protein, and did all sorts of things... I’d feel so wronged if the breasts I worked so hard to make disappeared I’m posting this for everyone who’s considering fat grafting. I hope this size stays exactly like this for the rest of my life.
