A real review quite a while after getting double eyelid surgery I deliberately asked for a high crease, and it did turn out pretty high. But my makeup style is glamorous, so I’m actually satisfied… It’s not to the point where people around me can tell I had surgery; if I say I had it done, they just go, “Oh~,” about that level? It wasn’t an incisional method, it was buried suture, but even so, when I lower my eyes slightly, the double eyelid line is a bit noticeable… But it’s not extremely obvious; it’s only noticeable to people who have done a lot of online and in-person research on cosmetic surgery. And I also had lateral canthoplasty done at the same time, but since getting lateral canthoplasty, I developed a side effect where tears run when I lie on my side… It was fine before surgery… so I think it’s a side effect. Also, I naturally had asymmetrical eyes from birth, so they still aren’t perfectly symmetrical now, but I think that’s more something I was born with rather than because of the surgery.
