I recommend doing it without implants at the clinic I went to. I originally wasn’t thinking about getting a nose surgery, but every time I took photos, my nose looked low and wide, and it kept bothering me, so after thinking it over, I ended up doing it. To be honest, I felt resistant to silicone or implants, so from the start I only looked into non-implant options, and during the consultation I kept emphasizing that I wanted it to look as natural as possible. Before the surgery, my nose had an overall blunt-looking feel, and from the side, the line was barely visible, but now the line feels refined without being excessive. I’m especially most satisfied that the nasal bridge looks naturally more defined from the side. It doesn’t look awkward when I smile or make facial expressions either, so I feel like choosing a non-implant option was the right decision. It’s definitely more of a subtle image improvement than a dramatic change, so I think it would suit people who like a natural look. I think it’s a surgery worth recommending to people who want to naturally improve their impression!
