It’s been 3 months since my surgery! My hooked nose + droopy nasal tip had been a complex of mine for a long time, so I finally made up my mind and went to see Dr. Ko at Naturalism. As soon as he saw me, he reassured me that it would turn out well even without implants, so I scheduled the surgery right away lol I already had a bit of a nasal bridge, so I didn’t really want extra height. I just hoped the hump would be refined and that I’d get a natural straight-to-slightly-curved line. The director also matched my needs and recommended only nasal tip surgery without silicone, using no implants, so I only did the tip! They used donated costal cartilage as a columellar strut, and my tip lifted nicely! I’m especially really satisfied with how rounded it turned out… Maybe because it was done without implants, the area between my eyebrows isn’t high and it looks natural, so people around me have been saying a lot that my nose turned out really well. I feel like I got exactly the natural look I wanted, and as more time passes, the swelling keeps going down and it settles slimmer and slimmer, so my satisfaction is 1000%.. ❤️❤️
