Even from the front, my nasal tip looked kind of spread out, and since I definitely had a hump in my side profile too, the bumpy bridge line kept bothering me. My septum was also deviated and my nasal tip looked blunt, so I hated how my impression changed depending on the angle.. I thought I already had some bridge height, so rather than a very flashy nose, I wanted the hump to be cleaned up and the overall line to become smooth And the line dropping from the bridge to the nasal tip with a slightly sophisticated feel was what I was going for I had the surgery at Saegim, and it was done with osteotomy + hump correction + septal cartilage use. Even though it was implant-free, there was still bruising and swelling. Maybe because of the osteotomy At first, the swelling made my nose feel firmly swollen, and over time the yellow bruising gradually moved downward. Still, after a few days, the bruising started to fade little by little, and as the swelling gradually went down too, I could feel the line getting cleaner bit by bit. After removing the splint, sebum suddenly came up a lot on my face, so that also bothered me, but the clinic also provided sebum care with Aqua Peel, which helped. It was nice that they cared for things like this too, not just swelling laser treatment. I already have a lot of sebum normally Now, when I look at my side profile, I’m most satisfied that the line that used to be bumpy is smooth and clean because the hump is gone. I don’t think my nose changed into something too flashy and conspicuous; I think my overall impression became softer. If hump surgery is done poorly, a step-off can form and people end up needing revision surgery, or the hump doesn’t get cleaned up neatly so many people get revision surgery, but I think I finished it well with one surgery.
