I have silicone showing through, and my nasal tip has dropped slightly, so I’m considering using autologous costal cartilage when I get revision surgery..... If anyone has had costal cartilage particles for the nasal bridge and costal cartilage for the nasal tip, please tell me whether the shape came out well. I’m curious whether there was any inflammation or showing through. I’m thinking about InnoRib at ㅈㅇㅠㅠ Since there has already been a problem once, I feel like replacing the silicone could lead to the same problem again, so I’m trying not to do that Since it’s a revision rhinoplasty, I think it’ll cost a lot, but money isn’t the issue. I just want the nose shape to come out well.
