I had nose surgery on Monday, and at dawn it suddenly hurt a lot. It felt like swelling? was gathering around my nose and it hurt, but when I woke up in the morning, my face wasn’t swollen, but my upper lip was really swollen. When I lifted my upper lip, it looked purplish-black, like it was bruised. Is this normal?
