For my first surgery, at age 20, without knowing much, I had augmentation + areola reduction at a clinic that had moved from Gangnam to Sinsa, and within 3 months I developed capsular contracture, the implants twisted, and the breasts sagged. I seriously wanted to die. I never exposed my chest, and I even covered my cleavage. Then once I had some financial room, I researched online in a community for almost more than three months and went for a consultation. The consultation was really concise but clear. Because it had been stressful for years, I went in having thought of all the questions I wanted to ask, but they had already caught everything and explained the surgical method + what needed to be done. Honestly, I knew my breasts were very distorted, and even though I had areola reduction, they had become bigger than a Choco Pie, so rather than intending to make my breasts pretty, I just thought, let me live like a human being at least. But wow, I really didn’t even expect it, and they became so pretty that I was shocked,, I like breasts like in comics with a firm inframammary fold, and they really became like that. I’m currently at 6 months, and the shape is being maintained as is. For implants, I used Mentor Extra. hehe
