It has been about five and a half months since I had the three procedures: square jaw, cheekbone, and chin tip, so a little under 6 months. While looking through old photos I had taken after a long time, then looking in the mirror, I can definitely feel that a lot of the swelling that had remained in my face has gone down. The scars around the cheekbone area have healed to the point that they are not very noticeable even when I go out without makeup now. As time passes, I am recovering fairly well, so I think I will be completely happy once the remaining swelling goes down more. This is, well... a battle with time, so I am trying to just accept it, but is this level normal?? They are all after surgery!
