I had eye surgery at D-Day and was looking at the photos side by side, and the before-and-after difference is seriously amazing.. lol Before surgery, my eyelids covered my pupils a bit, so people always said I looked sleepy and dazed, you know? But when I look at my eyes now, I can definitely feel that my impression looks clearer, so it’s really fascinating. There were times in the middle when I got nervous by myself because it felt like the residual swelling wasn’t going down, but once I just stopped paying attention and lived my life, at some point it settled in like my own eyes lol Now even if I eat late-night snacks and sleep, the line stays the same, which is honestly so amazing and reassuring lolol
The epicanthoplasty was the part I worried about a lot, but it turned out smoothly without any sharp lookㅜ At first, I lived with a mirror because of the redness, but now it connects naturally without a single scar, so my impression looks much more refreshed, and I’m satisfiedㅠㅠ
And I really think getting ptosis correction was the right choice.. lol Before, when taking photos, I used to open my eyes with forehead strength to make them look bigger, but now even when I open them comfortably, my pupils are fully visible, so I think my impression looks much softerㅜㅜ For makeup too, before I used to put in so much effort to correct my eye shape, but now my eyes look defined with just an eyelash curler, so it’s so convenient lol
At first, I just thought the line had been made nicely, but now it feels like it fits my face perfectly? Since my eyes look more defined, maybe it gave me confidence for no reason, but even my clothing style gradually started changing haha
If there’s anyone here who feels like they’ve hit a plateau because recovery is slow, don’t worry too much! Having gone through it myself, time really is the cure lol
