My eyes have not had double eyelid surgery haha. It’s just that my upturned outer eye corners made my impression look strong, so I searched for a hospital specializing in posterior canthoplasty and lower canthoplasty because I wanted to naturally lower only the outer corners of my eyes! I wanted to choose a place that specializes in canthoplasty and is also well known for revision surgery, and when I had a consultation at Barabon, they didn’t pressure or steer me toward anything haha. They focused exactly on my needs and only explained what my expected appearance would be after surgery. If canthoplasty is done incorrectly, the eyes can end up looking sad, but although the result wasn’t dramatic, my outer eye corners naturally lowered just the way I wanted, so I was satisfied! I had conjunctival edema for about one month, and the scars have faded a lot. The tight feeling around my eyes also disappeared after a month haha. Even from the day of surgery, it really didn’t hurt much haha. It was a satisfying surgery.
