My original nose was a bulbous nose with a slightly high bridge, but it made my impression look dull, and from the front my nose looked too big, so I got rhinoplasty at a clinic. I didn’t use silicone, and I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage. They said that when using autologous costal cartilage, they fix it with a four-layer support structure, so it supports well up to the middle part of the nasal bridge. So I think it went up smoothly without any step-off or unevenness. I had wanted to get my nose done, but I felt a bit burdened by the idea of silicone being inserted, so I went with an implant-free procedure, and I think it turned out well. Also, it wasn’t like I absolutely had to have surgery at a private clinic, but after the surgery, it was definitely nice that the director personally checked everything at a private clinic It’s been about a month, so I think the swelling will go down a bit more from here. I hope I still like the shape later too
