Could this be nasal contracture? If anyone has had septal cartilage removed, please help me just once

Today is day 3 after surgery. I had a closed rhinoplasty using septal cartilage for the nasal tip, cartilage suturing, and a small amount of hump shaving on the nasal dorsum. My original nasal bridge was on the higher side, so I thought that if it was just using septal cartilage on the tip through a closed approach, it would be a really simple surgery. I wasn’t hoping for a big change; I only wanted my nasal tip to lift slightly, so I decided to get the surgery. Honestly, even before doing it, I worried a lot that I might regret doing it for no reason, but I thought it only needed a ti~ny correction and took it lightly, so I just had the surgery.. But because it was a closed rhinoplasty, I had the splint removed today on day 3, and maybe because it was done with septal cartilage, my nasal tip and columella (the part where they built the support) are extremely hard.. I thought it was hard because it hasn’t been long since surgery, but I heard that when septal cartilage is used, or in the early symptoms of contracture, it can become hard…. If I could really turn back time, I wouldn’t have gotten the surgery If the septal cartilage is removed, can I go back to my original nose Since I also had the nasal hump shaved, I know the exact same shape as before won’t come back.. Ha, I’m seriously going crazy. I’m only in my early 20s, and I did it because I wanted to look pretty while I’m at my prettiest age. Why did I really do this? I regret it so much. I just did it with my mom and dad’s money, so I don’t even feel a sense of loss about the money.. I’m seriously going crazy.
