The price was relatively affordable, and I saw results. When I asked the director questions, they answered various things well, and the staff were generally kind too. I’ve been going there for a while, and it doesn’t feel exactly the same every time; it feels like they’re somehow improving(?), so I sometimes wonder if that’s a bit disappointing, but I feel like there isn’t anywhere else quite as good, so I’m still going. Ultherapy was extremely painful when I had it done, but they gave me something like a machine(?) to help tolerate the pain (for dispersing the pain), so it was bearable. Oh, and for Ultherapy, cancellations aren’t allowed on the day of the procedure or maybe the day before.. They said it’s because the procedure time is long and they adjust the schedule before and after in advance.
