I had surgery on January 9, and at the time I’m writing this review, it has been almost one month since the surgery! First, I kept visiting various plastic surgery communities and sites to find a doctor and clinic that could satisfy my desired look, which was naturalness as much as possible. That’s how I came to learn about Dr. Lee Han-byeol. Looking at the surgery reviews, it definitely seemed like the results were similar to the direction I wanted, so I went for a consultation. The consultation was thorough, and I could see that they were trying to reflect my needs, so I decided on that clinic. The surgery I had was double eyelid surgery (buried suture method) + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty. During the consultation, I said it would be okay even if the line became lower later, so I asked for a natural line that extends more toward the outer end according to my eye shape. For photos, I showed them the review that looked most similar to my eyes among the double eyelid surgery reviews I found while researching online. The surgery was over in an instant, to the point that I really didn’t even know when it started or ended, and I didn’t have any pain after the surgery either. If I had to point something out, maybe just the feeling of a foreign body because of the ptosis correction? But I thought that was unavoidable given the nature of ptosis correction! The foreign body sensation only lasted about two days, and after that it was fine. I had seen reviews saying it hurt a lot when removing the stitches from epicanthoplasty, so I was a bit scared, but it wasn’t extremely painful, just a prickly, stinging feeling like being poked. I had been debating whether or not to get surgery, but I ended up thinking I should have done it sooner. Even if I get revision surgery later, I think I would get it from Dr. Lee Han-byeol. If you’re considering double eyelid surgery and have a desired look similar to mine, I think it would be good to add this clinic to your list when going around for consultations!!
