Should I file a damage relief claim with the Consumer Agency for my botched nose surgery at Whee Plastic Surgery?

One side was over-osteotomized, and it’s so hard. Would it work at Whee Plastic Surgery? I really think I need osteotomy restoration. Professor Dong Eun-sang says I should never have surgery again.
