Nose Re-Surgery

I feel dizzy after taking capsular contracture medication. Is it okay if I don’t take it?

I was told to take the capsular contracture medication starting on the day of surgery, so I took one pill each night, and from about day 2–3 after the removal surgery, I started feeling a little dizzy. I thought maybe it was because I was exhausted after surgery, but I’m getting more and more dizzy I thought something was strange, so I checked the medication leaflet and dizziness was listed as one of the side effects. I’m the type to keep a close eye on my health, and my blood test in December showed no issues at all. Right now I’m not taking anything except probiotics. Just in case, I’m going to get a blood test at an internal medicine clinic tomorrow to see if anything is wrong, and I’ll also ask the hospital where I had surgery. Q. Is there anyone here who didn’t take capsular contracture medication after surgery and got through recovery fine? I didn’t have capsular contracture or inflammation before removal.
