I had surgery 14 years ago without really knowing much, and during the surgery they even did an osteotomy. On top of that, after the surgery I got two wounds on the bridge of my nose, so I have scars too. One year later, because of nasal tip drooping and cartilage showing through, I had revision surgery after just one year at Apgujeong ㅂㄷ. I was doing fine, but then the cartilage started showing through again, so in January I paid as much as 2 million won at the place where I had my second surgery and had another revision. But my nose hurts so much, and because of the scars I became depressed and lost 5 kg.
But since I had an osteotomy and my septal cartilage is supporting the nose, if I remove the septal cartilage, will my nose collapse? I’m in Daejeon, so I’ve only had surgery in Seoul, but I don’t think every place in Seoul is necessarily good..... Recently I’m looking into removal clinics like Apgujeong ㅇㅇㅂ, ㅅㅇ, ㅍㄹㅁ, ㅅㅅㅇ, after 6 months.
Because of the septal cartilage, the foreign-body sensation is severe and my columella hurts so much I’m still taking medicine. Is there anyone here who had an osteotomy and then had septal cartilage removed like me? I want to remove the septal cartilage and have the cartilage repositioned.
