Natural adhesion double eyelid + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty, week 2

It’s finally been 2 weeks since my surgery too! lol Until the day before surgery, I couldn’t even sleep because I was obsessively searching only for posts about side effects, but now that I’ve actually done it, I’m wondering why I went out of my way to worry so much lol I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, ptosis correction, and epicanthoplasty all together at D-Day, you know? Honestly, on the day of surgery and up to days 2–3, the reality check hit pretty hard... Maybe because of the ptosis correction, my eyeballs felt so dry and tight, it was no joke,,,, and especially the epicanthoplasty area was itchy, but not being able to touch it was seriously torture I’m originally the type who sleeps on my side, so sleeping flat on my back was the hardest. If you’re sensitive about sleeping, you really need to mentally prepare yourself for this... Still, the doctor did say I’m the type who really doesn’t swell much? Even to me, the swelling went down so fast for week 2 that it’s almost surprising lol Of course, there’s still a bit of redness and slight residual swelling around the inner corners of my eyes, but if I just go out wearing glasses, it’s at a level where other people don’t really notice? I kept asking the doctor so much that I probably annoyed him, because I was worried the epicanthoplasty would make the inner corners too sharp and make my impression look harsh, but thankfully it was opened just enough to look refreshed, so my overall impression looks much clearer. After ptosis correction, being able to open my eyes without using my forehead muscles is seriously a whole new world... I wonder why I only did something this comfortable now lol I’m still recovering, so I’m being careful, but looking at how the line is settling, I do think the doctor definitely did a meticulous job~ This got long and rambly, but if you have any questions, leave a comment!
