I had revision surgery for a contracted nose, but my nostrils are visible, so the clinic recommended nostril lowering. Has anyone here had nostril lowering done as a standalone procedure?????? I think it would be nice if my columella came down a little too. If anyone has had standalone nostril lowering, please leave a comment
