Why you need to choose your surgery hospital carefully (Mentor Xtra review!)

It’s been two months since I got breast surgery! Last time, after getting rhinoplasty and seeing a clear effect by getting rid of the bulbous nose I’d been worried about, I became so bothered by my breasts, which were another complex of mine, that I had another consultation at the same hospital, this time for ⭐️breasts⭐️, and even got the surgery lol ⭐️ Desired surgical direction ⭐️ -Improve hollow upper breasts -Do not want an obvious bowl-shaped look -Do not want sagging breasts either ⭐️ Surgical diagnosis ⭐️ -Mentor Xtra 375 cc / 350 cc -Inframammary incision ⭐️ Reason for choosing the hospital ⭐️ For reference, including revision rhinoplasty and breasts, I’ve been to more than 10 places just for consultation tours! At first I also often felt confused about which hospital suited me, but after going around this much, I feel like I developed an eye for evaluating hospitals haha More than anything, the first thing to check is whether you can feel confidence in the director who will perform the surgery!! That turned out to be the most important No matter how kind the hospital is or how good the care is, if I don’t feel confidence in the director who will do my breast surgery, trust just doesn’t build In that respect, I strongly felt the director’s pride during the consultation, there was no pressure about implants, and they carefully checked my body type and also considered safety, so I trusted them and decided to get breast surgery there too haha ⭐️ Pain ⭐️ Which is more painful, rhinoplasty or breast surgery? If I compare them, I think for me it’s nose > breasts! Neither hurt enough to make me tear up, but surgery is still surgery, so there was definitely some discomfort But for breasts, by the one-week mark, all the uncomfortable feelings were gone and I felt comfortable lol Until the one-month mark, I sometimes had tingling sensations, but now I’m just completely unbothered haha The pain wasn’t severe either, so from 3 days after surgery, I was able to go straight back to work! ⭐️ Shape ⭐️ What I was most satisfied with was the shape! Maybe because from the consultation I repeatedly emphasized to the director that I absolutely did not want a bowl shape, for the first 1-2 weeks after surgery, I couldn’t judge the shape because of swelling, but after one month and two months passed, I could see it gradually settling naturally into a UU shape Still, they say it’s still in the settling stage, so I’m going to keep watching it. I think the shape may keep changing until one year later! ⭐️ Implant choice ⭐️ And I chose Mentor Xtra considering the feel and reasonable cost! When I went for the consultation, I touched each implant one by one, and the feel of Mentor Xtra was the most impressive lol I was worried because these days there are many reviews saying many hospitals only push Motiva, but thankfully here they let me have surgery with the implant I wanted (This is another reason you can see why you need to choose a hospital carefully) From the side view, the upper breasts are nicely filled, right? They say the swelling and shape are still settling, so maybe I shouldn’t say I’m satisfied yet, but I think this appearance is pretty good too lol I’m also relieved that at least there’s no pain! For reference, I was worried about adhesions, so I separately bought and used an adhesion barrier. Everyone, check whether your hospital has it too! After surgery, whenever I had questions, I contacted the manager right away and asked, and the director personally checked all my progress This is true for all plastic surgery, but especially for breasts, I hope you do your consultation tours and get surgery somewhere where the director + hospital can take responsibility until the end (+including lifetime AS!!)
