I spent a re~ally long time thinking about it, but when I think only about my satisfaction, I’m feeling like I’m glad I had it done. I used Mentor implants, and had 375 cc placed equally on both sides. After surgery, the cup size I wanted was a D cup. Before dieting, my breasts were just small, but maybe because I lost weight rapidly last year when I seriously tried to lose weight, even the little breast volume I had changed into an unattractively sagging shape. Being small was already a complex, but once they sagged too, my self-esteem kept dropping.. I was even embarrassed to go to a public bathhouse, and I avoided changing clothes in front of female friends When traveling, I was always rushing into a room alone to change. I wondered if I couldn’t keep living this passively anymore, so I ended up getting breast surgery. Honestly, since I had succeeded with dieting too, I also really wanted to have a properly pretty body Still, when I looked into hospitals, I set my own criteria: 1. A place that could make me at least a full C to D cup 2. A place with many reviews saying they were lucky with painless recovery 3. A place with high expertise in breast surgery. Even after going around to 3-4 places for consultations, it was hard to find a hospital that met my criteria, but at the hospital I went to after seeing reviews, I had a consultation for almost an hour and was able to make up my mind. The director carefully checked my body measurements, and said that although I lacked upper breast volume, my breasts were not asymmetric, so the same size could be inserted on both sides. What I liked most was hearing that the D cup I wanted was possible, and that the hospital had products to help prevent side effects, such as anti-adhesion agents. I’m now 3 months post-op. At first, rather than pain.. because my breasts suddenly got bigger, my upper body felt sluggish when I moved, and my nipples had a tingling sensation, which was uncomfortable. But after enduring it for 1-2 weeks, sensation quickly came back and I got used to it. Fortunately, I think I did well choosing a place with many reviews about painless recovery. Otherwise, since I live alone.. I might have had quite a hard time When people get breast surgery, many wonder whether they should buy a triangular cushion or a zero-gravity chair, but honestly, I don’t think any of those are necessary Rather than those, I recommend buying a back scratcher.. Especially everyone who lives alone~ when you want to scratch your back, pulling on your chest can be uncomfortable, so take this chance to buy one. Cushions or chairs can become a hassle to deal with later, but you can keep using a back scratcher for a long time. I wrote this review trying to share what are, in my own way, some tips.. If you have anything else you’re curious about, feel free to ask.
